Russian legend and former Arsenal star Andrey Arshavin has shown great admiration over the brilliant performance of former Super Eagles winger, Victor Moses for Spartak Moscow.
The former Wigan Athletic forward who is on loan at Spartak Moscow from Chelsea has settled down perfectly after he scored his first goal in his second game over the weekend in a game that Spartak Moscow won 3-0 over Krasnodar at the Krasnodar Stadium.
The brilliance of Ex-Nigerian International caught the attention of former Arsenal striker Andrey Arshavin who believes the Chelsea loanee can help transform the fortunes of the Red-Whites club.
“I think it was clear that this is a strong footballer for our championship. Moses has strengthened the necessary position for Spartak.” Andrey Arshavin said
“I remember how he played for Wigan against us. He played more with the ball. Now – more at a distance. Spent a lot of time at Inter and Chelsea.” he said.
Next up for FC Spartak Moscow will be a league match on Saturday against FC Rostov.
