Former Super Eagles assistance coach Imama Amapakabo has be named the new coach of Nigeria Professional Football League side Abia Warriors.
Reports reaching owosports.com claims an agreement was reached between both parties as he looks set to be unviled as their new manager in the coming days
“Abia Warriors and Coach Imama Amapakabo agree terms as new head coach ahead of the new season,” according to reports.
Imama Amapakabo guided Enugu Rangers to the Nigeria Professional Football League triumph in 2016.
The gaffer will be looking to bring stability to the squad following their poor run of form in the just concluded seasons which saw them finnish just a point above the drop zone.
