“Good thinking by the organisers to name it after late Chief Taiwo Ogunjobi, a former Secretary General of the NFF and also a football icon. We all know how he contributed to the growth of the beautiful game in Nigeria as a player and administrator.
“So in my little way, I have donated plaques that will be given to the tourney’s MVP and Top Scorer as a way to rewarding football excellence.”
However, Secretary Osun State Football Association, Abayomi Amoo have also contributed to the success of this year’s edition after he made available a plaque to reward the goalkeeper who displays outstanding qualities in the tournament.
General Coordinator of the nation’s prestigious pre-season tournament, Tunde Shamsudeen thanked both Lulu and Amoo for their gesture.
