NLO Berackiah/Abigol Football Coaching Clinic Begins In Abuja In Style

After a successful round of football coaching education which saw the train of the Berackiah/Abigol coaching clinic move round all the six geopolitical zones of the country, the clinic on Monday again took centre stage in the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.

Attracting notable football gaffers, tactician and administrators, the Abuja programme according to the CEO of Berackiah, Mr Wonders Nwigwe will avail participants who couldn’t meet up with the previous schedules of the clinic the opportunity to learn the art and acts of coaching.

With sessions including theory and practical, the FIFA goal project in Abuja will be serving as the venue for the ‘train the trainers project’.

Among the guests at the opening ceremony of the five days clinic in Abuja are Nigeria Football Coaches Association (NFCA) President, Coach Ladan Bosso and former Nigeria U-20 Coach, John Obuh.

An assistant director from the Technical Department of NFF, Coach Siji Lagunju and football administrator per excellence Alhaji Abba Yola were among the dignitaries at the opening ceremony.

The next four days will see grassroots coaches going through the mills of the dug out business and learning the ropes of making the best out of their career in talent discovery and nurturing.

Berackiah/Abigol Football Coaching clinic is response to the pressing need of building the capacity of Nigerian coaches in order to meet up with the present reality of the job.
