The Nationwide League One (NLO) Secretariat hereby wishes to register her displeasure on the unruly attitude of the players and officials of Barrier Football Club of Kwara State.
The unsporting attitude of Coach Gambari of Barrier FC after he refused a red carded player to leave the technical bench of the team despite referee’s instruction, and the player attacking a spectator which led to fracas in the stadium was exhibited during their match played against Victory Police FC at the ongoing Division Two League in Ado-Ekiti.
Sequel to above, the Nationwide League One Secretariat has hereby suspended Coach Gambari and player jersey No. 22, Olayinka Olanrewaju from further participation in the ongoing 2022 Division Two League season.
Their appearance at any match to be played by Barrier FC may cause the team to lose the match with further sanctions.
