Newly signed ABS Ilorin FC midfielder, Abdulrasheed Obadun, has expressed his optimism ahead of the team’s Nigeria National League (NNL) clash with Gateway United on Saturday at the Otunba Dipo Dina Stadium in Ijebu Ode.
In a chat with the club’s media crew, Obadun emphasized the team’s focus and determination to secure victory. “Total victory! We are fully prepared and focused for tomorrow. We’ve been working really hard to put in our best, and I’m sure by tomorrow we’ll give our best – not only our best, but 100 percent.”
Obadun, who recently joined ABS Ilorin FC from Abraysports, expressed his delight at joining the team. “I’m delighted to be here with ABS FC because it’s an honor seeing them train and playing well. Joining them now, I will do my best to help the team.”
The midfielder has set his sights on helping the team achieve its goals, including qualification for the Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) and a spot in the Super Eight. “My target is to make it to the Super Eight and also qualify for the NPFL.” He said.
