… Alloy Chukuemeka Charge Coach On Promotion Madate
Abubakar Bukola Saraki (ABS) Ilorin FC today unveiled former Dakkada FC gaffer Umar Danlami Kwasau as new Technical Adviser, Owosports.com.ng reports.
Umar, who hails from Kaduna state replaces Coach Jerome Igbanke, who spent two seasons with the club before the expiration of his contract.
Coach Umar Danlami Kwasau comes with a rich experience having previously worked with Kada City FC, Delta Force and Dakkada FC he was also part of the Technical crew of the Nigeria National U17 team in 2021.
The gaffer during his active playing days played as a goalkeeper with the defunct NUB Kaduna FC between 1989-1993, El-Kanemi Warriors of Maiduguri between 1993-1995 and BCC Lion of Gboko 1996-1997.
Coach Umar has a certificate of football coaching from the National Institute of Sports (BCC) 2013, CAF C & B Licence.
Speaking at the unveiling ceremony, the Director of Football ABS FC Chief Alloy Chukwuemeka said, “We want to officially unveil our new technical advisor Coach Danladi Umar who will today sign a one season contract with the club and with a special mandate to immediately take the club to the top elite league the Nigeria Professional Football League.
The gaffer speaking at the unveiling ceremony said, “It is a terrain I am familiar with I have been there and I know what it takes to do the job and I assure you that with the support of the fans and the management we will get there” He noted.
