SC Primisport Lasora, Springsoca United, Remo Stars Youth Team and
Laderin United will all be on the card as maiden edition of Academies Youth league kick off on Thursday in ancient town of Ikenne in Ogun State.
The league is being organized by Football Academies Forum (FAF), a body with aims to promote and protect football academies interest and development in the country.
With the first game billed for 2pm on Thursday as Remo Stars Youth team will be playing the opener with Primisport Lasora FA, while Springsoca United Academy will take on Laderin United FC at 4pm.
The three-days league will have two matches schedules in one day and it is hope to serve as benchmark for subsequent event.
Austin Popo,vthe National Co-ordinator of Africa Football Alliance will be among top football personalities to witness the league.
The Coordinator of FAF, Bello-Lasoro A. Ola said the programme is aimed at developing football academies and also create a synergy which will help improve Nigeria under-age football.
All the matches will be played at Remo Stars Stadium in Ikenne.
