.Says player arrived Stockholm with fake travel papers
A top Nigerian Football Intermediary (name withheld) is trying to reap from where he didn’t sow by blackmail a player, and his Swedish club.
OwoSports.com gathered from the affected players Abedu Ikechukwu Joseph, a defensive midfielder who plays for Mjallby U-19 team.
Narrating his ordeal in an exclusive chat, “The Intermediary, he said only paid for my flight ticket to Sweden with a promise to get a deal with an unnamed Swedish club.
“He couldn’t get a deal for me, now he’s requesting the sum of $10,000 dollars (about #3,550,000 Million Naira) from Mjallby that sent me an invitation.
“A deal he didn’t get for me and he wants to reap from where he didn’t sow, how is that possible, he asked.
“I was picked during a scouting programme last year, Mr. Jocab a coach (with Mjallby) sent me the travel documents to come back to Sweden after I didn’t sign any deal during my first travel.
“The Intermediary has now done his worse by sending a mail to Swedish immigration and Swedish FA insisting that I be deported that I came to Stockholm with fake papers and that am an illegal immigrant.
