Super Eagles Skipper, Ahmed Musa in a video posted on his instagram page called out the authorities to rescue the insecurity bedevilling the Abuja- Kaduna expressway.
The road has become a den of banditry and kidnapping over the years and the Nigerian international didn’t mince words in his appeal to the government to do the needful.
“It’s shocking to see images and videos of these incidents along Abuja/Kaduna roads. These are people going about their normal business most likely seeking their daily bread. Their safety should be of utter most importance to the government”
“I therefore seek indulgence of the authorities to please put an end to this atrocities by all means so that citizens can go about their normal lives without fear. This has to stop its absolutely disheartening to say the least”
Musa is currently the most capped Super Eagles player with 103 appearances.
