MFM Football Club Midfielder Akanni Elijah has set Sight on getting at least Ten goals and more assist this season for the Olukoya Boys, owosports.com.ng reports
The dazzling Midfielder who made this know in an exclusive interview with Owosports.com.ng said “I want to score a minimum of 10 goals and as many assists as possible this season.
Also reflecting on MFMFC performance this season so far after sitting 8th on the log with 8points, following two wins, two draws and one defeat, the Midfielder believed the team will get better as the season goes.
“Though we planned for something better, we still give thanks to God. We are working harder by the day so as to get better results as the season continues.
Following the disappointing draw at home to Rangers International, Akanni believed his said weren’t clinical in front of goal but assures they are working on correcting it in their next fixture against Abia warriors.
“We are looking at been more clinical. This will help us when we travel to Abia” he concluded.
