Hours after being named The League Bloggers best foreign player in the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL). Rivers United forward Albert Korvah has now earned his first call up to the Liberia Senior Men National team ahead of their African Nations Cup qualifier against Morocco.
The highly intelligent and tactical forward who can also play as a winger has been in superb form since joining us in September 2022, and has scored 3 goals, winning MOTM awards on a number of occasions and most recently voted the best foreign player in the Nigeria Premier Football League for 2023.
Albert Korvah could make his debut for Liberia when they take on Morocco in their final game of the 2024 AFCON qualifiers.
The Lone Stars will be guest to Morocco in Agadir on Saturday, 9 September 2023 in an Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) qualifier and will also honour an International Friendly match against the Black Stars of Ghana on Tuesday, 12 September 2023 in Accra, Ghana.
