Super Eagles goalkeeper, Amas Obasogie has confirmed Rivers United’s interest in his services, but reaffirmed his commitment to his current club, Bendel Insurance, Owosports.com.ng reports.
In an interview session on Naija Footballers Forum, Obasogie confirmed the 2022 NPFL champions interest in his services.
“In every rumor, there is an element of truth. Rivers United has shown interest in me, and it’s a great privilege.” He said.
The talented goalkeeper, who has been instrumental in Bendel Insurance’s success, expressed his gratitude to his boyhood club for providing him with a platform to showcase his talent.
“Bendel Insurance is my boyhood club who has given me the platform to showcase my talent and has believed in me…”
He added:
“…so I don’t know what tomorrow brings, but I am still with Bendel Insurance now.”
