According to Italian outlet Rai, Napoli has reached a three-year agreement with Antonio Conte to become the new head coach at the Stadio Maradona. Transfer specialist Ciro Venerato reported on TG Sport that Conte is now ready to sign with Napoli, with economic details already agreed upon. While the exact figures haven’t been disclosed, Calcionapoli24 suggests a salary of around €6.5m per season.

Venerato stated that Aurelio De Laurentiis’s final approval is all that’s needed to make the agreement official. Napoli, who have had three coaches this season, had also considered Vincenzo Italiano and Stefano Pioli but prioritized Conte, despite his prolonged decision-making process.

Conte has been without a job since leaving Tottenham in 2023, following successful stints with Inter, Chelsea, and Juventus, where he won league titles with each club. Napoli fans are eagerly awaiting the official announcement, hoping Conte’s experience and winning mentality will bring success to the team.
