Kelvin Jegede performance in the middle of the pack inspired Ready To Go Pro, as they defeated Goztepe London 2-1 in MatchDay five of London Youth Premier Showcase league played at King’s House Sports Ground on Sunday.
Ready To Go Pro U13/14 started the game against the London-based Turkish side with less than two players, before a player arrived the match venue to make it 10-11.
12-year-old Muhammed Saine opened the scoring from a brilliant pass from Imran Zakari who later scored a screamer to put his team two goals ahead.
Goztepe London pulled one back to make it 2-1 going into the half-time break.
On resumption of the second half, Ready To Go Pro continued from where they stopped in the first half with Goztepe London trying to catch up, but Kelvin Jegede’s performance in the middle of the pack proved to be the difference against Goztepe London boys.
Kelvin Jegede who captains his team was voted Man of the Match after his world-class performance.
Gareth Fielding, manager of Ready Go Pro was full of praise for the youngster Kelvin Jegede over his five-star performance.
