COVID-19: Ex Super Eagles Captain Gives Out Food Items As Palliatives Relief To The People Of Jos

Former Super Eagles captain has given out bags of rice, beans and cartons of noodles to the people of Pleatau State as a Covid-19 palliative relief, the food were disbursed to the helpless people in his boyhood town of Jos where he was born.

He further emphasized on the need to help the less privilege people in this trying time in an Instagram post released today.

“Together we can all help. Today in Jos where I grew up” Mikel wrote

This came after the ex-Chelsea midfielder had distributed 1,800 crates of egg to vulnerable resident of Jos.

The Champions league winner joins football elites globally in giving out relief palliative during this corona virus pandemic disease that has continue to affect economies globally.

Mikel is currently a free agent after terminating his contract with Trabzonspor on a mutual consent after he refused to continue playing during this pandemic.
