The versatile Defender has teamed up with Egyptian club El Gouna FC from NPFL side Niger Tornadoes.www.owosports.com.ng reports.
Daniel, was an integral part of the squad that secured NPFL promotion ticket for Niger Tornadoes last season from the Nigeria National League (NNL).
“We are pleased to announce that Nigerian player Daniel Eddy has joined the squad from Niger Tornadoes”. An official statement from El Gouna says even while the details of his contract weren’t made available as at the time of filing this report.
The former Osun United, who
has been handed jersey number 29 in the new Club player had his debut on Monday in the Egyptian league cup game against Ismaily SC.
El Gouna lost the game 4-1 and are now currently seating 4th on the Group B table of the Egypt league cup with 5 points from five games.
Back home in Nigeria, his former Club, the struggling’ Niger Tornadoes are seating 17th on the log with 9 points from Nine games.
