“I want to thank the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the NLO, Mr Olushola Ogunnowo for helping us facilitate the acquisition of Leo FC.

“Given the new development, Leo FC will now be called Deluxe Soccer Academy and will feature in the NLO Division 2 while Deluxe Football Club (The Parent Club) will campaign in the NLO Division 1.

“We acquired the NLO slot just to be able to equip and exposed Leo FC (now Deluxe Soccer Academy) to the global football stage. Once the players participate in the league at the tender age of 15 or 16, then little is required to show for when the opportunity to play in Europe presents itself.”

Oshin, says: “My motivation is geared towards nurturing young footballers who are extremely talented but might get wasted away by fake individuals calling themselves agents.

However, Oshin stressed that the Deluxe FC brand is into core football business and was never a charity.

“We are in football purely for business, and by this, we get to prepare them for future assignments which will be beneficial for our country.”
