The Nigerian duo of Kelechi Iheanacho and Wilfred Ndidi were available in Leicester City’s 0-2 Away defeat at Nottingham Forest who also possess the Super Eagles duo of Taiwo Awoniyi and Emmanuel Dennis in their squad.
Wilfred Ndidi was named in the starting lineup while Iheanacho was introduced in the 68th minute as Leicester City were trailing by a goal scored by Brennan Johnson.
On the other side, Taiwo Awoniyi was missing from the action and has now missed two games in a row because of match fitness while Dennis was an unused substitute.
Brennan Johnson doubled the lead for the home side in the 85th minute to ensure another defeat for Brendan Rodgers and Leicester City.
Nottingham Forest have 20 points in the 13th position and a place above Leicester City who have 17 points in the 14th position on the table.
