Erasmus Onuh has returned to Heartland FC as the new Technical Adviser after the resignation of Coach Hassan Abdallah.
The Owerri based Club statement confirmed the return of the highly experienced Erasmus on Saturday to lead the team out of the woods.
Recall that the team had earlier confirmed the resignation of the former Coach, Hassan Abdallah.
“Heartland FC of Owerri has engaged the services of Coach Erasmus Onuh as Technical Adviser” a statement signed by Solomon Onu, Media Director of the club said.
“Erasmus arrives with a rich resumé ,having handled ABS Ilorin FC ,Jigawa Golden Stars , Sunshine Stars ,Niger Tornadoes , Heartland FC and the Home based Super Eagles”. It added.
The statement recalled that Coach Onuh first had an affair with Heartland in 2014 and left the club in the 3rd position .He is expected to bring his wealth of experience to bear on the team.
Heartland FC has lately been in the news for not to good reason . The team has had a long battle settling the backlog of salaries and wages it owed some of his players and officials.
The team, which will face Gombe United in its next game is currently seating on 19th position on the table with seven points from 10 games.
