Renowned FIFA badge referee, Jelili Ogunmuyiwa, has praised Toyin Gafaar, President of Ikorodu City FC, for his tireless efforts in ensuring Lagos-based teams feature in Nigeria’s top-tier football league.

Ogunmuyiwa, who has officiated at six FIFA Beach Soccer World Cups, commended Gafaar’s dedication to promoting youth development, youth engagement, and job opportunities in the sports sector.

Gafaar’s contributions include facilitating the entry of MFM FC into the Nigeria National League, the Church Boys later gained promotion to the NPFL in 2016.

His latest achievement is leading Ikorodu City FC, nicknamed “OGA BOYS,” to the top tier of the Nigeria Football league.
