Coach Suleiman Quadri has disclosed his reason for teaming up with Cavalier De Nikki in Benin Republic Super League. www.owosports.com.ng reports.
The gaffer noted that his decision to join the team is borne out of his desire to help reshape its cause and put it on the right stead.
“It’s a Premier League side and one of the oldest Club in the Northern part of Benin republic. I am there on a rescue mission and I believe it will be achieved by the grace of Almighty God” he quipped.
The gaffer expressed optimism that the club will explore all the possible means to avoid relegation with the remaining eight games.
“We will try everything possible to make sure that we rescue the team as long as the players i met on ground are ready to give it all their minds and listen to instructions” he said.
So far, the Ilorin-born tactician has handled six matches, won one, drew three and lost two of the games.
Cavalier currently occupies 15th position on the 16-teams Benin Super league.
As the Assistant Coach of the Senior team, Suleiman is reputed for leading the ABS Ilorin FC youth team to the glory of the NPFL/Laliga U-15 Championship in 2017.
Among many other clubs, Coach Suleiman has handled Anges of Notse FC, and Arabia FC in Togo and Espoir FC of Savalou in Benin Republic.
