Arsenal forward Gabriel Martinelli shared a memory of his first day at the club, highlighting the kindness of former teammate Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.
Martinelli, who joined Arsenal in 2019, recounted his initial struggles with the language barrier, feeling anxious about interacting with his new colleagues.
However, his nerves were eased when Aubameyang approached him during lunch and initiated a conversation in Spanish.
The Brazilian youngster described the moment as “something that will stay with me forever,” expressing his gratitude for Aubameyang’s warm gesture.
