Hamstring Injury Stops Warri Wolves Ihuarulam From Rangers Game

Inform Warri Wolves goal poacher Uche Ihuarulam is set to sit out of the Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) clash against Rangers International after injuring his hamstring, OwoSports.com.ng reports.

The striker who has been the Seasiders goal maechine so far this campaign having netted four (4) goals, picked up an hamstrings injury during his side 1-0 win over Plateau United on Thursday.

The former Nembe City, Bayelsa United and Ifeanyi Ubah striker who is expected to be out for three or four weeks, have now traveled to his home town Bayelsa state to begin his rehabilitation process.

“As I begin treatment today for an hamstring injury, I pray that God himself should intervene and heal me faster, I can’t wait to come back to actions, Thank God for the safe & peaceful journey , down to Bayelsa”, he wrote on his social media accounts.

Warri Wolves will take on Rangers International in a matchday nine fixtures at the Nnmadi Azikiwe Studuim Enugu on Sunday, with kickoff time as 4pm.
