Here comes another round of 16 fixtures of the ongoing High Institutions Football League(HIFL) 2021 edition.
As students, fans and supporters alike gear up for another set of thrills and twists moments , four matches like last week would still be on the table as team seek to advance to the last eight.
University of Ilorin(Unilorin Warriors) with an ample experience in the league and as the third placed winner of the last edition will begin their title campaign against Kogi State University of Technology, Ayingba( KSU Steelers)- Tricky!
It is also going to be a battle of titans when the HIFL inaugural champions, University of Agriculture Makurdi (UAM Tillers) will be travelling away to lock horns against the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria ( ABU Nobles) in another interesting game.
Elsewhere, Federal University of Technology, Akure (FUTA Tigers) will be hosting students from the University of Lagos (Unilag Marines) while Ignatus Ajuru University of Education Rumuolumeni ( IAUE Minders) will face University of Nigeria Nsukka-(UNN Lions) in another encounter.
All the matches have been scheduled to hold at 4pm across different centres on Wednesday, 14th of July, 2021.
In the fixtures, some experienced teams will be taking on new comers- such could make predictions easy but then the reality of the games lies after the regulation time.
