How Rolly FC came from behind to pip Ojodu City- Coach Andrew


Rolly FC of Benin City, Edo State were the cynosure with their performance in the maiden Magic Scouting Tournament when they came from behind scoring two quick second-half goals to nail Ojodu City FC 2-1.
Coach Andrew of Rolly FC opened up on how his players regained their confidence after falling behind a goal down, to become a delight to the Romanian scouts and fans that watched the game.
“Ojodu City’s goal came as a surprise as we didn’t play so well, but it was a good response from the players and in the end, they finished better in the game.
“The Magic Scouting Tournament has given my players another chance to up their game in the clear view of the scouts present
“Our greatest strength is our high-pressing as a team and the fitness of each of the lads. That came into play and it worked for us after we noticed a little bit of tiredness in the Ojodu City team. However, we were also lucky Ojodu City didn’t kill off the game with a second goal.
“My dream for my players taking part in the Magic Scouting Tournament is to see many of them picked by the European scouts we have on the ground, and the platform becomes a career pathway to playing professional football in top leagues in Europe and other parts of the World. “
