At the ongoing Olympic Games, Italian boxer Angela Carini was knocked out in a mere 46 seconds by Algeria’s Imane Khelif.
The loss has left Carini reeling as the Italian boxer admitted she’s never been hit so hard in her life.
“I have never been hit so hard in my life,” a visibly shaken Carini said in a post-match interview.
“It’s up to the IOC to judge. I respect the decision and will move forward.”
The loss marks a disappointing exit for Carini, who had high hopes of advancing in the competition.
