Goalkeeper Joshua Oladeji has expressed his excitement after making his full debut for Crown FC of Ogbomosho in their 1-0 victory over Sporting Lagos in the Nigeria National League (NNL) tie on Saturday.

Oke Kayode’s 17th minutes strike was what the Ajilete Warriors needed to overpower their counterpart from Lagos in the matchday nine clash played at the Soun Stadium in Ogbomosho, Oyo State.
Joshua who earned his first start for the club since joining from Warri Wolves just before the commencement of the season made some decent save to keep a clean sheets and secure maximum point for his side.

The goalkeeper who has before now made two substitute appearance against Ijebu United and Joy Cometh FC expressed his delight to have ended the game with a clean sheet.
“I am happy to have started today’s game and also kept a clean sheet”, He said to Owosports.com.ng.
“It was an important game for us and to have gotten the win is something to be proud off”.

On not having regular playing time he said, “Coming to this club I knew it would be difficult to brake into the first team knowing the quality goalkeepers we have here, I waited for my time and it finally came, I will keep working hard to help the club achieve success.” He concluded.
Joshua Oladeji has had stints with NNL sides including, Ekiti United, Warri Wolves before joining Crown FC of Ogbomosho.
