The Nationwide League One Division two (NLO2) side will have their maiden appearance in the 2024 edition of the prestigious preseason tournament which is scheduled to take place at Ebedei Stadium, Shagamu and Remo Stars Stadium, Ikenne from August 15-24, 2024.
Kasam FA will compete against teams like NPFL side, Ikorodu City, Shooting Stars, Beyond Limits, ASVO FC from Benin Republic, Ebedei FC, Ijebu United and Osun United.
The draw and grouping of the 8 participating teams will be held on Tuesday before the start of tournament on Thursday.
Kasam FA participated in the Amapro Football Championship, which took place in Ilorin last month and will hope to use this preseason tournament as a stepping stone and the best way to prepare the boys for the upcoming NLO season.
The team which is based in Ilorin arrived Ikenne on Monday in readiness for the 2024 Optima Energy Gold Cup.
