The CEO and Publisher of Sportspro News, Bayour Issah has expressed his optimism in Kwara United to have a successful season.

Speaking after watching the league opener between the Harmony boys and Gombe United on Sunday at Lekan Salami Adamasingba Stadium in Ibadan, the ace Sportscaster noted that the team will improve on their performance despite playing out a goalless draw with Gombe United.

He stated that the draw should be a wake up call to the team as they set sights on their ultimate target in the new season.

“The season has just started and the draw is a wake up call. I studied their performance very well and I can see that the team is building up gradually and I believe they will improve”

Noting that the new players were anxious to make a mark, he urged the technical crew to shun distraction and focus on getting the super six ticket.

While also advising the management to work as a team and develop a template to sustain professionalism in the club, he called on the stakeholders to rally round the team in its quest for glory.

Kwara United will face Shooting Stars of Ibadan in their next game on Thursday, January 19 at the Adamasingba Stadium in Ibadan.
