Leicester City has reached a €15m agreement to sign Atalanta’s Italian-born Nigerian defender, Caleb Okoli, as confirmed by transfer expert Fabrizio Romano.
Okoli has agreed to personal terms, and the deal is expected to be completed soon.
This signing will be the first for new manager Steve Cooper, who took over after Enzo Maresca moved to Chelsea.
Okoli’s addition comes as Leicester City returns to the Premier League following their Championship title win last season.
