Nigerian born Star Fenando Adi who is based in the United State of America was a guest on Nigeria foremost Sports WhatsApp group, Nigeria Sports Mouthpiece (NSM) Rebranded WhatsApp, where he explained his passion for coaching after retirement for active football.
The 29-year-old striker currently with Columbus Crew in the MLS spoke about acquiring his coaching license and as well getting his masters in sports management as he looks toward life after Football.
“Life after soccer is take a rest for one or two years travel around relax and talk more about the fun get some education I need to get and get in about life everything in general.
“Obliviously you have to have options plan for moment after your playing career obliviously I wanna get my coaching licence as well as having my master in sports management.
“You know it not what I can give a definite answer now but I just want to focus on two options for now, that’s coaching and sports management in general.
“If am able to do that it will be the best thing to do at the moment am just looking forward to retiring a few years living life away from going to training and all of that.
The former Portland Timbers striker has featured for the Nigeria U-23 side in and Olympic qualifier back in 2011 where he scored three goals in two appearances was also invited to Super Eagles squad for the 2017 African cup of Nation qualifier against Egypt back in March 2016.
