Moses Reflects On FC Nantes Relegation Survival

Super Eagles forward Moses Simon has expressed his satisfaction after helping his French club FC Nantes maintain their status in the top-flight division.

After finishing 18th in the final standing Nates avoided relegation after seeing off French Ligue two side Toulouse in the play-off.

Moses linked up with the Super Eagles in their Austria camp where they are preparing for the double header International friendly against the Idomitable Lions of Cameroon on the 4th & 8th of June 2021.

The winger speaking on the relegation survival described it as a very difficult task but greatful they avoided the drop.

”It was great, I’m happy and I believe everyone is happy because it’s not easy. It was a long one but we thank God for everything.” He told Super Eagles media.

Moses who is making a return to the side after missing out on the Super Eagles AFCON qualifiers, could be in line to start for Nigeria against Cameroon on Friday.
