Super Eagles Captain Ahmed Musa has returned to Europe after reaching an agreement with Turkish Super Lig side Fatih Karagümrük, Owosports.com.ng reports.

According to reports from Turkish outlet Fanatik, the Turkish Super Lig side, Fatih Karagümrük, has reached an agreement that will see the Super Eagles skipper Ahmed Musa join on a free transfer, with the deal set to be announced in the next 24 hours.

The Istanbul-based club beat Galatasaray and Besiktas to the signing of the former Leicester City attacker.

Musa quit Saudi Arabian side Al Nassr last October and was still a free agent despite teaming up with hometown club Kano Pillars over the past couple of months.

After stinks in Netherlands, Russia, England and Saudi Arabia, Musa for the first time will play for a Turkish side in his career as he looks set to join Fatih Karagümrük who finished 8th in the Turkish top-flight last season.

The 28-year-old has previously represented colours of Dutch side VV Venlo and Russian giants CSKA Moscow before moving to Leicester City in 2016 for a then club-record transfer fee.
