A much improve display from Kwara Falcons gave them a secon win from two games at the ongoing Nigeria Basketball Federation Men’s League Final Eight holding in Lagos in a game that ended 65 – 58 points against Kano Pillars.
Falcons led from start to finish with the duo of Tolani Buhari and Victor Eze notching 17pts, 4 rebounds & 17pts, 5 rebounds respectively.
Coach Baba Jubril side carried a 4 point lead into the break and extended the lead to 5 at the end of the third quarter, followed by a strong offense to establish a 13 points lead before the end of the contest.
Dele Ademola laid 12pts, 7 rebounds while Dike Azouma contribute 10pts, 7 rebounds for Kano Pillarswho have lost one of the two games.
Kwara Falcons will attempt a third win on a stretch when they face Gombe Bulls tomorrow by 2pm.
