Former Super Eagles midfielder Justice Christopher has passed on at the age of 40.
The midfielder who represented Nigeria at the 2002 Korea/Japan Worldcup was reported to have slumped and died at his hotel in Jos at the early hours of wednesday morning.
Christopher played his professional football for several Nigerian league clubs, including Katsina United, Sharks F.C., Bendel Insurance before moving to Europe where he played for FC, Antwerp FC (Belgium), Levski Sofia (Bulgaria), Trelleborgs FF (Sweden), Alania Vladikavkaz in Russia and Herfølge BK in Denmark.
Christopher earned eleven caps for Nigeria national football team between 2001-2002, he also captained the Nigeria U-20 team in 2001.
