All is now set for the second edition of the NLO/Berackiah grassroots football coaching clinic to take off across the country.
The clinic, which has the approval of the NFF will once again provide platform for the grassroots coaches in Nigeria to learn the modern techniques of the game.
With 1st of February, 2022 as the commencement date, the clinic which will hold at some selected locations across all the geopolitical zones of the country will end on the 28th of the same month.
In a statement released by the organizers, all the Southern zones of the country schedules will hold between 1st to 5th of February while that of Northern zones are billed for February 8th-12th.
High Chief Adegboye Onigbinde, the former Super Eagles Head Coach and a FIFA/CAF retired instructor will lead other eminent and qualified resource persons, such as coach Adesina Asunmo, King Emmanuel, Moses, Alphonsus Dike, John Obuh, Maikaba Fagge, Justin Madugu, Haruna Usman Ilerika, Evans Ogenyi and host of others for the laudable project.
The first edition of the clinic which featured top European coaches from Italy saw about (800) grassroots coaches trained across Nigeria.
Speaking about the development, Mr. Wonders Nwigwe, the CEO of Berackiah International stated that “this year’s edition would again set the tone and tune for football development under its creed for ‘train the trainer’.
Registration is ongoing and will close by 24th January, 2022.
