Abraysports FC bounced back from a goalless draw in their opening match against Unicorn FC to thrash Kwara Football Academy (KFA) 4-1 at the KFA Pitch in Ilorin.
The match got off to a flying start as Olatundun Lateef stunned the crowd with a brilliant goal in under one minute, giving Abraysports FC an early lead. Omolaoye Abiodun doubled the lead with the second goal, and Abiodun Mustapha made it 3-0 before the halftime break.
KFA pulled one back through Kamaldeen Jelil in the 60th minute, but Francis Martins sealed the win for Abraysports FC with the fourth goal just before full-time.
This convincing victory marked KFA’s second defeat of the season, having lost 2-0 to Laycon FC in their opening match. The win positions Abraysports FC strongly in the NLO table, and they’ll look to build on this momentum in their next match.
