Enymba FC will take on Remo Stars in the opening game of the 2022/2023 Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) Super Six opener in Lagos.
The championship which will determine the league winner and also produce the country’s representative in the continent will commence on Saturday June 3rd at the Mobolaji Johnson Stadium Onikan Lagos.
The People’s Elephant and Remo Stars have met twice this season haven been drawn together in group A of the abridged league format
Remo Stars came out tops in the two legged tie following their 1-0 win in Ikenne which was followed by a 1-1 draw at the Enymba stadium in Aba as Enymba continues to search for their first win in four matches against the Ikenne landlords.
Sunshine Stars will trade tackles with the current champions River United, while Bendel Insurance of Benin will lockhorns with Lobi Stars in the final Match Day.
