NPFL21: Heartland FC Debunks Owing Hotel Management In Katsina

The General Manager of Heartland football club, Mr, Chukwuidi Ifeanyi has debunked reports that his club were denied exit from their hotel base in Katsina due to debts, Owosports.com.ng reports.

Recall, that earlier today there were reports that Heartland FC were held being at their hotel (Fadama view hotel) in katsina after owing the hotel management, a day after suffering a 3-2 defeat in their opening day fixture of the 2020/2021 Nigeria professional football league (NPFL) versus Katsina United.

The club GM, Mr Chukwuidi Ifeanyi in a conversation with, Owosports.com.ng said “That is not true as he disclaim the reports.

He however sighted security issue as being responsible for their continue delay at the Hotel as they awaits security escort who are yet to arrive, but assures they will leave soon.

“They are just waiting for the security operatives that will escort the team, I just spoke with the IG, they will be on ground very soon, everything has been sorted out before now” he said.
