Ansarul Islam Secondary School Offa, ECWA Secondary School Igbaja, Ira Grammar School and Offa Grammar School are set to battle it out for a place in the final as the maiden Olofa Cup entered it’s Semi-final stage.
The four schools were victorious in their quarter-final matches decided on Thursday and Friday at the Offa Stadium.
Ira Grammar School were 2-1 winners over Government Secondary School Ilorin while Ansarul Islam Secondary School Offa flogged St Mark Secondary School Offa 3-1.
Offa Grammar School booked their place in the last four after they piped Iludun Oro Comprehensive High 1-0.
Unique International School Ikirun were not so lucky as they lost 4-5 to ECWA Secondary School Igbaja on spot kicks after they played out a barren draw in regulation time.
It will be a tie of Grammar Schools when Offa Grammar School tackles it’s counterpart from Ira in the first semi-final game billed for Monday at the Offa Stadium.
ECWA Secondary School now stands in the way of Ansarul Islam Secondary School for a place in the final as their game will kickoff at 10:am.
