Kenyan Premier League giants Gor Mahia have appointed Ugandan tactician Paul Nkata as the head coach, Owosports.com.ng gathered.
According to report from Futaa.com, Nkata joined the club on an interim basis and will be assisted by Youth team coach Jared Odongo.
This comes after K’Ogalo fired its technical bench following a run of poor results in the Kenyan Premier League.
“As a club, we have made a decision to part ways with coach Mark Harrison, Assistant coach Sammy Omollo and goalkeeper trainer Jerim Onyango; Paul Nkata will take charge on an interim basis. We thank the 3 for the services offered to the club,” a statement from the club read.
Head coach Mark Harrison and his assistant Sammy ‘Pamzo’ Omollo, and goalkeeping coach Jerim Onyango have all been shown the door.
The Green Army are currently six points behind league leaders Kakamega Homeboyz.
