In a post on his Facebook page, Mustapha Jibrin has penned a emotional exit message to Niger Tornadoes FC of Minna.

Reports shows that Mustapha, a right full back defender has been signed by 2019 Aiteo Cup Champions and CAF Confederation representative, Kano Pillars ahead of 2020/21 Nigeria Professional Football League season

Jibrin Mustapha who featured against Kano Pillars in the 2019 Aiteo Cup final in Kaduna in his message noted that he would forever cherish all his experience at the Minna based club.

“This club has not only taught me to be an athlete, but it has also shape me as a person. it has helped me grow, instilling in me the values its crest respect, commitment and above all humility” Jibrin said on his facebook page.

While appreciating all his teammates for their supports, he described them as a family he would always treasured having experienced the good and ugly sides of the game together.

Speaking on the technical crew of the club and his development under their guides, the defender acknowledged their impacts on him as an unforgettable one.

“The technical teams also played a huge role in my development and my career. Most especially my father, Coach Abubakar Bala Mohammad and Coach Christopher Junior and Ishaya Bernard (sic) as i was able to be part of Niger tornadoes and become a football player.

He added, “I also thank all the staff; those behind the scenes, who day in day out are part of Niger Tornadoes and always help me solve whatever problem I was having.

While reminiscing his experience with the supporters and fans of the club, he described their unconditional love as an inspiration and motivation which has really help him break limits in his development.

“All my love also(sic) goes to my parents and my whole family who through their great efforts and concern has help me along this road which has been a difficult but incredible experience” he concluded.

His message however establish the veracity of his transfer although with no official release from the two clubs, Niger Tornadoes and Kano Pillars.

He will be teaming up with Pyramid city boys as they look forward to regain back their competitive edge fully, after a relatively unconvincing campaign in the cancelled 2019/2020 season.
