Nigerian striker Cyriel Dessers was available in Cremonese’s 2-3 home league defeat to Monza on Saturday afternoon.
The former Genk striker moved to Italy last summer and has scored two goals and 1 assist this season before this game.
He found the net in the 83rd minute of the match to reduce the deficit for the home team after Monza had taken a two-goal lead.
The 3-caps Super Eagles forward has now scored 3 goals in the league for his relegation-battling side sitting at the bottom of the table.
His fellow countryman David Okereke who is with no appearance yet for the Super Eagles was also available for Cremonese before he was substituted at halftime.
The result ensured Cremonese are still rooted to the bottom of the table and are 8 points adrift of safety.
