Teqball WCQ: Abia 2024: Nigteq Announces 7-Man Local Organizing Committee



The Nigeria Teqball Federation (Nigteq) has announced the composition of the Local Organizing Committee (LOC) for the 2024 Teqball World Championship Qualifiers, tagged “Abia 2024”.

The 7-man LOC will be responsible for the successful hosting of the championship, which will take place at the Aba Sports Club, Aba, Abia State, from July 17th to 20th, 2024.

The committee consists of:

– Mr. Ndudi Edede, Vice President of Nigteq, as Chairman
– Mr. Obioma George, Director of Sports, Abia State Sports Council, as Vice Chairman
– Mr. Frank Chinagorom, Chairman, Abia State Teqball Association
– Mr. Charles Emeka Ruben, Secretary, Abia State Teqball Association
– Mr. Promise Uwaeme, Head of Competition & ICT, Nigteq
– Mr. Abdullahi Bajeh, Head of Technical & Development, Nigteq
– Mr. Michael Ogbonna, Vice Chairman, Abia State Teqball Association, as Secretary of the Committee

The “Abia 2024” Teqball World Championship Qualifiers is powered by the Abia State Government and supported by Nigteq and the International Teqball Federation (Fiteq). The event will bring together the best Teqball players from across Nigeria, who will compete for the chance to represent the country at the Teqball World Cup.
