Niger Tornadoes were held to a goalless draw by Remo Stars at the Ahmadu Bello Stadium Kaduna in a match day 12 encounter played behind closed doors.
The game started on a high intensity as the hosts searches for an early goal while the league leaders held on, twerting all threats posed by the Ikon Allah Boys.
Only a handful of scoring chances were created in the first half and none was taken as the referee signals for break.
On resumption into the second stanza, Tornadoes technical crew effected some changes, with the likes of Bolaji Adeyemo and Eric Frimpong coming on, all in a bid to steady things and push for the needed goal.
Despite the changes, the visitors remains resolute, in preventing the home team from wrecking any havoc.
Towards the dying moments of the game, the Ikon Allah Boys were presented with chances but fails to bury them allowing the game to end scoreless.
Niger Tornadoes are yet to concede any goal at home this season after six matches and have scored only three times in the process, a worrying statistic for the technical crew.
The result means Tornadoes moved one place above the drop zone occupying the 16th position on the log.
