Tunisia Football Federation Elated With Eagles Friendly, Confirms Date

The Tunisia Football Federation confirmed October 13 date for the international friendly between the Carthage Eagles and the Super Eagles in Austria, OwoSports Reports

The NFF President, Mr Amaju Pinnick had on Wednesday announced two high profile friendlies game for the Super Eagles in preparation for the AFCON and World cup qualifiers coming up later in the year.

The Tunisia Football Federation via it official twitter handle announced the Carthage Eagles will host Sudan in a friendly at their home ground in Rades on October 9 before travelling to Austria for the game against the Super Eagles.

The Super Eagles will take on the Elephants of Cote d’ Voire on October 9 in Austria before facing the Tunisia on October 13th.

Nigeria and Tunisia last met at the third-place match at the 2019 African Cup of Nations in Egypt where the Super Eagles won the game by a lone goal.
