After months of speculations, Super Eagles striker Victor Osimhen have finally completed a switch to Serie A side Napoli according to the club President Aurelio De Laurentiis, Owosports reports.
The 21-year-old who was named the best performing African footballer in France last month had an impressive debut campaign with Lille scoring 18 goals in 38 appearance.
The Lagos born penned down a five-year contract at the Stadio San Paolo, with the transfer fee reportedly to be arounnd €50m including bonuses with goalkeeper Oreatis Karnezis moving to Lille as part of the deal.
President De Laurentiis confirmed the deal after he twitted, “Welcome Victor”.
