Super Eagles midfielder Alexander Iwobi has penned down an emotional message to Nigerians following their exist at the African cup of Nations (AFCON) ongoing in Cameroon, Owosports.com.ng.

Nigeria suffered a disappointing 1-0 defeat to Tunisia in one of the round of 16 fixtures which was decided on Sunday night at the Roumde Adija Stadium Garoua Cameroon, no thanks to captain Youssef Msakni 47th strike which gave the Cartage Eagles the advantage over the Super Eagles.

Alex Iwobi was shown a straight red card just minutes after coming on to replace Kelechi Iheanacho, the referee had initially shown him a yellow card but it was reverted following the intervention of the Video Assistant Referee (VAR).
