Wilfred Ndidi Bags Management Degree At De Montfort University

Super Eagles midfielder Wilfred Ndidi who has 47 Caps for Nigeria has revealed that he earned his degree from De Montfort University in Leicester, England.

In a video interview, the Nigerian No. 4 made it known that earning a degree in business and management will be helpful to him after he retires from football.

The 25-year-old Leicester City defensive midfielder disclosed that he attended college to gain a solid understanding of entrepreneurship and business.

“Yes, but I am done. I did a 10-class course which enrolled me into a proper university degree.”

The Nath Boys Academy graduate who joined Genk in 2015 and has since then come off the sporting Life after agreeing to join Leicester City in December 2016 said his zeal for business and entrepreneurship motivated him to get a degree.

“It was just to enlighten me about business, entrepreneurship and tourism.”

Wilfred Ndidi came back into the Leicester City starting XI in their 2-1 home loss to Southampton last Saturday after being out through injuries was heavily missed when Nigeria lost out to Ghana in the FIFA World Cup playoffs early this year.
